Project Process Approach

Following the systemic concept of interventions, the individual actions cover the entire Porter added value chain, with an emphasis on the connection of supporting and main activities, so as to limit the usual competition between the links of the chain in the context of pre-competitive partnerships, in a logic of perpetual virtuous circle. With this strategy, member companies are "forced" to cooperate with each other as well as with research organizations, for the common good (win - win).
